HOW TELEHEALTH WORKS

Care starts with
a real conversation.

Technology can make a conversation more convenient. Thoughtful evaluation and informed decisions still come first.

A clearer understanding
of the process.

Now accepting new patients. Start with patient registration, learn about your options, and understand what to expect from an individual clinical evaluation.

01

Get started

Start with your email and basic registration details. Make a list of questions, your health history, and current medications to share directly with your clinician through a suitable, secure channel.

02

Meet with a clinician

An appropriately licensed clinician evaluates your needs, discusses your history, and determines whether remote care is appropriate. In-person assessment or testing may be needed.

03

Understand your options

If care is appropriate, discuss the expected benefits, risks, alternatives, costs, and follow-up. A prescription is never guaranteed, and treatment decisions are individual.

Before treatment begins

Review your provider information, state availability, fees, privacy details, and any required service-specific telehealth consent. Registration alone does not establish eligibility or guarantee a prescription.
