Registration and health information
The patient registration interface asks for email, full name, date of birth, and consent acknowledgments. Verification is not connected yet, so the application does not send or save those entries. They remain in page memory until the page is refreshed or closed. This form does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, insurance information, biometrics, or precise location.
Ordinary technical website data may still be processed by hosting services. A requested page URL can indicate the topic viewed. See the general privacy policy for the current site’s operational data practices.
If you contact support
General support is for website and privacy inquiries. Please do not email personal health information. If you voluntarily include it, that information may be present in the email system used to handle your message; ordinary email is not a patient portal.
For a privacy request, explain the type of request without including medical records or clinical details. Support may need limited verification information to identify and address it.
Use, sharing, and sale
The application does not sell consumer health data or share it for targeted advertising. It has no advertising pixels, health profiling features, or geofencing features. Infrastructure and email providers may process technical information or inquiries to operate the site and respond to messages.
Any future collection of health information for care would require a separate review, appropriate disclosures and permissions, and suitable systems before it begins.
Your questions and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, withdrawal of consent, deletion, or appeal of a privacy decision. Contact support@strandaminos.com with the subject “Consumer health privacy request” to make a request or ask about a decision. We may need to verify the request.
