Create an account, follow the email verification link, and sign in. Your welcome points are awarded once.

Order & earn
Points are added after payment is confirmed. You can review every points adjustment in your account.

Use your points
Sign in at checkout and select Use points. The discount is limited to your eligible merchandise total.
Is there a paid plan?
Strand membership is free. Creating an account does not start a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
Do points expire?
Unused points expire 12 months after they are earned. Points nearest expiry are used first. Returned points retain their original expiry date.
What if I ordered as a guest?
Create an account using your order email, verify it, and sign in. Use Claim order points on an eligible paid order. Its points keep the expiry date based on the original payment date.
What happens after a refund?
Refunds can reverse earned points and adjust your balance. Returned redeemed points keep their original expiry date. Shipping and tax cannot be paid with points.
